2. Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.

3. General Prohibitions
You agree not to engage in or attempt any of the following actions:

• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Eratech Labs Co. Ltd. system or network or breach any security or authentication measures.
• Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of Eratech Labs Co. Ltd., its computer systems, or its providers’ technical delivery systems.
• Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software used by Eratech Labs Co. Ltd..
• Interfere with the access of any user, host, or network, including sending viruses, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing Eratech Labs Co. Ltd..
• Access or search Eratech Labs Co. Ltd. or download any intellectual property from Eratech Labs Co. Ltd. using unauthorized tools or mechanisms.
• Distribute malware or use Eratech Labs Co. Ltd. to do so.
• Send unsolicited communications, promotions, advertisements, or spam.
• Send altered, deceptive, or false source-identifying information.
• Post or transmit fraudulent, misleading, or infringing content.
• Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Violate the privacy of others.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Encourage or enable any individual to engage in the above actions.

We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to monitor activity for compliance, disable access to content, take enforcement action, or cooperate with law enforcement when necessary.

• The apps will be error-free, secure, or meet your expectations
• Issues will be corrected immediately
